About Me
What do composers like Bach, Beethoven, and Tchaikovsky share with Koji Kondo, Henry Mancini and Hideki Naganuma? To me, it is the ability to develop and evolve the techniques of their time into a unique and unmistakable musical language. While AI can replicate a style, composition lies in the capacity to assimilate technique to its core and reshape it into something entirely new. This is the foundation of many of my favorite works, and it is what I strive for in my own, driven by a rigorous and analytical approach to music.
I am particularly drawn to video game composition for the challenge it presents, where the music must shine as much on its own as it does in the way it contributes to the atmosphere and the rhythm of the gameplay. When it comes to the workspace, I believe that the end result comes first. This is why I value a close synergy with creative and project directors, trusting their vision as the compass that allows my own creativity to be most effective and purposeful.

Video Reels
Action/RPG/JRPG
This demo reel presents four original music tracks composed for different Action/RPG/JRPG gameplay scenarios: an energetic action battle theme with a J-rock approach, a lyrical forest exploration piece for woodwind ensemble and strings, a harmonically unconventional waltz for city exploration, and a full orchestral turn-based battle theme.
The reel showcases both stylistic precision and harmonic experimentation. The forest and orchestral battle themes are rooted in familiar genre conventions, whereas the action battle and waltz explore a more expansive harmonic approach.
All music is original and composed by Víctor Yeste.
Gameplay footage is used solely for non-commercial portfolio purposes.
Racing Games
This demo reel presents three original music tracks composed for different Racing games scenarios: title screen, playful and colorful daytime race track and a more atmospheric track for a night race track.
All music is original and composed by Víctor Yeste.
Gameplay footage is used solely for non-commercial portfolio purposes.

Llangarflash
This Sant Jordi Jam project involved composing under tight deadlines and within clear thematic constraints. The goal was to create traditional Catalan-inspired chamber music that felt authentic while functioning effectively as game audio, with a strong focus on writing seamless loops that transition naturally during gameplay.
Lemmy the Lava Lamp
Working on this project taught me how to take established musical genres as a starting point and transform them into something unique for the game. For the 'Farm Boss' track, I adapted a traditional style to fit both the game's aesthetic and the fast-paced rhythm of that boss battle, to ensure that all stylistic and instrumentation choices served the game's visual identity and rhythm.
Boom&Box
My first collaboration with a full development team. Composed one track for this demo, learning to adapt music to gameplay mechanics and visual style and also incorporating developer feedback effectively.
A Comfy Place
My first hands-on experience with generative and adaptive music systems. Using VCV Rack 2 and Unity, I created evolving soundscapes that respond organically to gameplay, learning to design transitions to enhance immersion in this peaceful, player-driven world.
